You can telephone your order through to us & pay by credit or debit card, you can pay by paypal, or you can send us a cheque, however we will have to have it cleared before we can send the goods out. Please make the cheque payable toTreloggan wigs ltd. 023 9266 2156
Please contact us if you are receiving chemotherapy or post operative hair loss or suffer from alopecia areata or totalis, then we can send you a vat exemption certificate to complete to allow us to deduct vat from your WIG purchase.
Goods will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If required sooner please telephone for stocked availability items. We will contact you if the goods are out of stock or unavailable for dispatch.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY – signed for. Orders missing in the postal system will not be replaced until the article has been traced.
Wigs purchased at the shop are non-returnable/refundable.
Wigs ordered by internet/phone order, will only be refunded on returns that meet the following criteria:
Surplus/Sales/clearance and special offer wigs, party wigs are non-returnable.
Accessories are non-returnable.
Refund will be given exclude the original postage with the exception of returns being made due to an error in our listing or goods being faulty. The postage costs related to returning the item(s) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please telephone us to inform us you will be returning a wig to us. For your own protection please return unwanted goods by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery for insurance purposes. Missing/astray parcels lost in the post cannot be refunded or exchanged until the package has been traced.
They must be returned within 7 days of delivery. With a full completed returns leaflet.
They have not been worn, nor brushed out, All labels still attached, the wig shall not smell of smoke, perfume, or body odours.
The wig should be in its original packaging as supplied. With a copy of the original order.
Please note only one wig or hairpiece can be refunded per order, please do not order more than two wigs at a time to choose from.

Postage will not be refunded.
The seller accepts no responsibility for goods returned faulty unless such goods can be fairly deemed to have become faulty due to any manufactured defect within the first 3 months of wear.
Hairpieces & wigs damaged due to customer neglect or abuse cannot under any circumstances be accepted for credit or replacement by the seller.
Your statutory rights under the sale of goods act are not affected.
Wigs made of synthetic fibres may well experience fibre friction; the extent of this depends on the length of the wig and the environment in which the wig is subjected to. FIBRE FRICTION IS NOT A FAULT but a natural occurrence in synthetic wig products and will increase with wear.
Natural head movement allows the fibres to rub together or rub against other materials being worn, this creates a static charge in the fibre which causes the ends to frizz and in some cases to tangle. The longer the hair the more prevalent the problem. Fibre friction is usually confined to the underside of the wig and at the ends of the fibre and could start from the first day of wear.
Ways of reducing fibre friction.
- Ensure no synthetic garments are in contact with the wig when being worn.
- Use conditioning sprays such as the fiber oil regularly in the areas most vulnerable to fibre friction (underneath the back as well as in the neckline).
- Always allow synthetic wigs to dry naturally and use a conditioner fiber oil prior to brushing.
